Products and orders

Product options, prices and availability are shown on each product page. Please check the selected color, size and delivery address before placing an order. We may contact you if a product or variant becomes unavailable. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars for customers in the United States. The checkout shows the amount payable to Waffy, including any shipping charge. Import duties, taxes and carrier clearance or handling fees are not collected by Waffy at checkout and may be payable by you separately before delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order. Payment to Waffy is processed through the methods available at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

We currently serve the United States. Shipping and delivery information, including delays and customs matters, is set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns and cancellations

Our Refund Policy explains how to request a return, cancellation or refund. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep product information accurate. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you so you can decide whether to continue or receive a refund. We may update these terms for future orders; the version available when you place an order applies to that order, subject to applicable law.
