Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered. Email manuel17mq@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending a package.

Return shipping is free for approved returns, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Please include the product and its accessories when returning it. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.

After we receive and inspect a return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

You may cancel an order until it has been prepared for shipment. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it has already been prepared, contact us about a return after delivery.
