Shipping Policy

Waffy currently ships to the United States only. Standard tracked shipping is free for US orders; the amount shown at checkout is $0.

Processing and delivery

We source products from third-party suppliers, and parcels may ship from outside the United States. We aim to select a tracked service whose carrier estimate is within 7–12 days after dispatch where available. That is a transit estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and it does not include order processing, customs checks or unforeseen carrier delays. Availability and estimates can vary by product, variant and destination. We will email tracking information when it becomes available.

If we cannot dispatch your order within 30 days of receiving it, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and offer you the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund it.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and carrier handling fees. We ship on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless we expressly state otherwise for your order. These charges are not included in our product prices or free shipping rate, are not collected at checkout, and are the customer’s responsibility if requested by customs or the carrier before delivery. The amount varies by product, origin, declared value and carrier, so Waffy cannot provide a fixed estimate in advance. If you are asked to pay import charges, please contact the carrier or customs authority for the amount and payment instructions. If a parcel is delayed, refused or returned because import charges are not paid, contact us so we can review the available options and your applicable refund rights.

 

Delivery issues and returns

If your tracking appears stalled, your parcel arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email manuel17mq@gmail.com with your order number. For returns, contact us first for instructions and consult our Refund Policy. Do not send a return to the address on the parcel without our instructions.
